Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android application Battery Care: Full Charge Alert (the “App”) and this related website, provided by Sharma Tech Labs. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Use of the App
Battery Care is a battery monitoring and charging assistant. It is intended to display battery information, charging status, and related details available from your device, and to alert you when charging reaches a level you configure. You may use the App only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by applicable law or a separate written license. You may not use the App in a way that interferes with device operation, other software, or other users.
Battery Information and Estimates
Battery readings, charging time estimates, remaining battery-life estimates, battery health information, temperature values, voltage, current, and other measurements shown in the App may vary depending on the device, Android version, manufacturer, charging hardware, system settings, and other system limitations.
Some metrics are only available when the device reports them. Estimates are informational only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The App does not guarantee battery performance, battery health improvement, charging speed, remaining usage time, or prevention of battery damage.
Charging Alerts
Full-charge and charging alerts depend on your settings, device permissions, system battery reporting, and Android background-processing behavior. Alerts may be delayed or may not appear if the App is restricted by the system, if required permissions are denied, if battery optimization settings limit the App, or if the device does not report charge status in time.
Overlay alerts, if enabled, require the Android permission to display over other apps and are used to show a charging alert above the screen you are currently using. Sound and vibration alerts depend on the options you enable and on device hardware.
Permissions
Certain features require Android permissions, such as notifications or overlay display. Granting a permission is optional, but related features may not function without it. You are responsible for reviewing permission prompts and managing permissions in device settings.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using the App in a manner that is safe and appropriate for your device
- Configuring alert thresholds and notification preferences that suit your needs
- Keeping the App and your Android system reasonably up to date
- Not relying on the App as a substitute for device manufacturer guidance or professional advice regarding batteries or hardware
Unplugging, charging, or using your device remains your decision. The App provides information and alerts; it does not control charging hardware unless a specific on-device feature is clearly provided by your manufacturer or system.
Intellectual Property
The App, website, name, logo, and related materials are owned by Sharma Tech Labs or used under license. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not use Sharma Tech Labs branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.
Third-Party Services
The App may be downloaded from Google Play or opened through links to third-party platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Sharma Tech Labs is not responsible for third-party websites, stores, or services.
Disclaimer
The App and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Sharma Tech Labs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device. Battery information shown in the App is not a medical, safety, or hardware diagnostic service.
The App does not guarantee battery performance, battery health improvement, charging speed, or prevention of battery damage.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharma Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, device damage, battery wear, missed alerts, or other losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when a revision is published. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
